1930-31 Leedy Broadway Parallel Dual Model snare drum in the original Full Dressed option "Black Elite". This option included the Thunderbird engraving pattern topped with Nobby Gold hardware and engraved hoops. This is the first generation Leedy Broadway model that was built around 1930-31. This drum shows some 90 years of service with a beautiful aging patina on the hardware and shell. It is completely original from the black nickel engraved shell to the extended snare system and hasn't been modified in any way. The drum has been equipped with newly tucked hide heads over the original metal rings, and each head features era correct hide stamps.
