Available for purchase, a WFL Parade snare drum dating to 1948 - 1952. This drum features the Classic throw-off streamlined snare strainer system (P-87 & P-88), which is a bit of rare bird for these drum as many were equipped with the standard P-34 strainers. The drum is also equipped with the innovative W.F.L. 'two-tone gut-wire" snares, which alike the Classic strainer system was an upgrade at the time. The shell is wrapped with the original banded pearl options including Red Flash, Green Flash and Gold Flash over a mahogany shell. All of the chrome plated hardware is original to the drum.
