1967 Rogers Holiday model 14"x28" bass drum. Catalogued as Rogers "Perma-Built" Bass Drums, this drum was ordered without any mounts, likely used as a concert drum.The white marine wrap is in beautiful condition, with original inlay and painted hoops. The bearing edges are very clean as is with the gray painted interior. The interior paper tag reads Holiday with a serial number dating to 1966-67. The drum has 12 lugs / rods / claws on either side, which are all original. The resonant bass drum head was painted, inspired by the 1938 Rogers catalogue cover artwork.
