An outstanding, rare, 1967 Rogers Powertone snare drum in the elusive Wine Red Ripple finish. These finishes are become more and more difficult to come across, especially in the beavertail models. This drum is in great condition with all original hardware and an unmodified shell. The wrap is free of any fading and the interiors are original flat grey paint. The bearing edges are very clean and the chrome across the drum is in fantastic condition. When the drum was received, it had a number of small splits in the wrap near the lug mounting holes. These were filled with a custom pink colored counter top filler material to prevent any further splitting. The most significant location being shown just left of the "Rogers" script logo.
