Up for grabs is a rare 6.5x14 model Ludwig Black Beauty snare drum from the 1970s. The drum was in rough condition when it was first acquired. It went through mild restoration process which included a cleaning, sourcing 1970s correct hardware and installing an era correct badge. The drum is free of any extra holes or heavy modifications. The black nickel plating is in fair condition with some spotting. These deeper 6.5 models are difficult to find and sound absolutely amazing.
