Up for grabs is an outstanding 1930s Leedy White Elite Model Snare drum in the original White Enamel plating finish. The drum is in beautiful condition, featuring all original hardware including (x8) 'X' box style lugs, original tension rods, 4-point strainer, double flanged hoops, original snare strand and internal tone control. This particular era of Elite model drums utilized the more desirable heavy brass shells. The bottom bearing edge has multiple stress fractures/cracks in the shell from a resonant head that was too tight for the drum Please review photos, this doesn't affect the sound or playability of the drum. Overall a great drum.
