Up for grabs, a beautiful 1966 Ludwig Downbeat Model Drum kit in the original Champagne Sparkle wrap. The drums are in nice player condition and the individual drum descriptions as follows :

14x20 : The bass drum is in great condition with no extra holes or modifications. The hoops retain the original champagne inlay and black paint. All of the hardware is original with mild pitting and wear. The wrap seams have lifted slightly and may have been previously repaired as they are holding solid and not lifting further. The shell also retains the original white painted interior. 

8x12: The rack tom is in great condition with no modifications. Similar to the other drums, the wrap is in great condition with minimal scuffs and wear. The shell retains the original white painted interior. 

14x14 : The floor tom is in fair condition with no modifications, however the drum saw some damage to the shell. As shown in the photos, there is a crack on the interior of the shell, however it doesn't appear to travel through the entire shell or even the whole reinforcement ring. There are no signs of damage from the outside and the shell is still in good structural condition and heads float well. The wrap is in great condition and the interior has the original white paint. New Ludwig floor tom legs. This drum has one area that seems to be a factory flaw.. It appears as tho one of the lugs was originally drilled at a slightly higher location. The holes were plugged and exposed finishes were painted and patched with original wrap. Looking at the interior photo, it seems like this was in fact done at the factory as the bottom hole looks to have received the original coat of white paint. Please see photos.
