1967 Ludwig 'Downbeat' Drum Kit

1967 Ludwig Downbeat outfit kit in the original Sparkling Blue Pearl. The drums are in beautiful unmodified player grade condition and are all date stamped 1967. The descriptions of each drum are as follows. 

14x20 || 504XXX (April 18 1967) || The bass drum is in beautiful original condition with original white lacquer interior, original sparkling blue wrap, chrome plated hardware, original hoops complete with matching inlays. The hoops retain their original black paint, most of which is in nice condition, one area of the hoop on the batter side seeing heavier paint loss. The hardware is in very nice condition with some of the claws and rods showing some mild-average pitting and a few showing chrome loss. The shell is in good condition, date stamp April 18, 1967. A few of the lug screws have tension impressions on the inner ply (see interior shots) and the resonant side bearing edge has a few rough spots with a couple of indentions in the edge (see photos) . The wrap is very vibrant across the drum.

14x14 || 411XXX (Oct X2 1967) || The floor tom is in very nice condition with original chrome plated hardware, original white lacquer interior, date stamped Oct X2 1967. The wrap has very minor fading, matching the 12" very well. All of the hardware is in good condition with similar aging as the other drums. 

8x12 || 437XXX (April 24 1967) || Similar to the other drums, the high tom is in great condition with all chrome plated hardware, original white lacquer interiors, date stamped April 24, 1967. The shell is equipped with original wrap, with very very slight fade, similar to that of the floor tom. The original blue sparkle wrap shows some signs of aging including scratches and two deep scratches occurring at the mounting bracket.
