1936 Silver Anniversary 'Super Swing' model snare drum. This drum is finished in the original Gold Flash Pearl wrap, including matching Gold Flash inlay within the wood hoops. These 1930s Ludwig wood drums were constructed from a solid mahogany shell and date stamped on the interior with the month and year, this drum being (3610) October 1936. The Anniversary model drums between 1935-36 featured direct tapped imperial lugs (tension rods thread directly into the lug casing), which are all present on this drum. All of the hardware displays its original chrome plating and the drum is equipped with fresh tucked hide heads.
